As in just be there.

Let your being just be still.
Elite athletes know this. Yes, train hard. Train with focus. But build in time for relaxation. For rebuilding.
But keep this in mind. Relax not just so you can soon go hard again. But because relaxing is a wonderful, integral, essential part of life.
Embrace relaxation as part of your life. A deep part. An essential part.
You will find you become much more balanced, joyful, and energetic.
